Duarte, CA Duarte, CA Full-time Full-time $23 - $25 an hour $23 - $25 an hour 1 day ago 1 day ago 1 day ago Duties - Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up with customers to ensure timely payment - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and communications related to accounts receivable - Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to accounts receivable Qualifications - Previous experience in a similar role - Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread accurately - Proficient typing skills and knowledge of basic clerical procedures - Experience with front desk operations, including calendar management and project coordination - Ability to transcribe information accurately and efficiently - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Phone etiquette is a must, you will be greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
- Knowledge of basic office skills, Excel, Word, QuickBooks for receivables is a must.
We are willing to train someone with basic skills to come grow with us.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
