Monrovia Internal Medicine and Primary Care (MIMPC) is an established and well-respected community-based medical practice located at the foot of the scenic San Gabriel Mountains in Duarte, CA.
Since 2010, we have been providing quality, patient-centered, evidence-based Internal Medicine services both in person for our local patients as well as via telehealth services for patients across the state of California.
We have maintained and are very proud of our 5-star patient ratings across various social media platforms including ZocDoc, Google, Yelp, and Facebook.
MIMPC is forging in an exciting new direction.
We have expanded our physical office size from 1000 sq ft to 2800 sq ft and now offer urgent care as well as chronic care management and preventive services to our patients.
MIMPC is now interviewing Board-Certified Physician Assistants who have emergency room and/or urgent care experience interested in joining us as we expand our services to both local and remote California patients.

We will handle patient scheduling, billing, and various other support functionsStrong in-house support.
You will be supported by 1-2 medical assistants per day.
Use our specialist network to refer your patients for additional medical care and document all clinical information on a secure, easy-to-use EMR.

Qualifications:
Board certifiedAt least 1 year of experience in the ER or Urgent CareConfident skills in suturing, joint injections/aspirationsClean background and recordActive and unrestricted CA license to practice medicine.
Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills.
A willingness to learn new online software and EMR tools.
A proactive approach with a strong work ethic and desire to participate in a collaborative environment.
